We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our team and lead all aspects of our operations in India. This is an excellent opportunity for an ex-founder with diverse functional experience who is passionate about shaping the future of technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership in all aspects of the organization's operations, including legal, finance, HR, and administration.
2. Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and systems to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the business.
3. Collaborate with the executive team to set company objectives and performance metrics, and ensure alignment with the overall vision and strategy.
4. Oversee the legal and regulatory compliance of the company, managing contracts, agreements, and other legal matters.
5. Drive financial planning and budget management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial health.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support business growth.
7. Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture, managing talent acquisition, retention, and employee development initiatives.
8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in achieving company goals.
9. Continuously assess and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across all operational functions.
10. Represent the company in external engagements, promoting Nanonets' mission, vision, and values.

*Qualifications:

1. An ex-founder with a strong academic background, preferably from a Tier 1 institute.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience
3. Experience managing diverse functions across an organization.
4. Proven expertise in operations management, including legal, finance, HR, and administration.
5. Strong understanding of the AI and machine learning industry, and its applications across various sectors.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies, policies, and processes.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
9. Demonstrated experience in talent management, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving employee engagement.
