Chief of Staff / Founders Office
Our firm is growing and we’re in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our senior management team as a part of the Founders Office. As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the CEO. The Founders Office will handle day-to-day management of personnel to allow the CEO to focus on growing our business. The right candidate for the job will contribute to the long-term success of the company.
We are seeking a strategic, communicative, and resourceful Chief of Staff to support our Founders. This role involves handling day-to-day management of the Founders' office, strategic planning, project coordination, and communication.
Chief of Staff responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and prioritize a complex set of tasks, initiatives, and projects for the Founders' office.
Develop and implement strategic plans, operational initiatives, and special projects.
Prepare and manage communication materials including presentations, memos, and reports.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with the company's strategic vision.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and follow-ups, ensuring successful communication and execution of critical initiatives.
Assist in decision-making processes by conducting research, analysis, and preparation of recommendations.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA would be considered an asset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Solid understanding of the tech industry and AI is highly desired.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
