Role Overview:

As a Content Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our content marketing initiatives and assisting with the creation, implementation, and optimization of content strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with 2-3 years of relevant work experience who is passionate about content creation, social media, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute content strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
2. Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to identify content opportunities and optimize content performance.
3. Perform keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for SEO
4. Create engaging and high-quality written content for various channels, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email newsletters, and more.
5. Support the development and management of editorial calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
6. Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by curating and scheduling relevant content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media analytics.
7. Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
8. Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using various tools and platforms, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategy.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in content creation and management across various digital platforms, including blog platforms, social media channels, and content management systems (CMS).
5. Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and optimization.
6. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed content decisions.
9. A self-starter with a creative mindset, who takes initiative and demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt.
