We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product Management, Growth Marketing to join our team and drive our growth strategies.

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Product Management, Growth Marketing will be responsible for leading the growth marketing initiatives and driving the overall strategy to acquire, engage, and inform customers. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of product management, marketing, and growth strategies to ensure the successful execution of our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own our PLG product to turbo charge user acquisition. This drive 95% of our revenue.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead the product management efforts for growth marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, data science, and sales, to drive growth initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data analytics to identify opportunities for product improvements and growth.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and product management.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product managers and growth marketers.
  • Present growth strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Previous Software Engineering is a requirement. 2+ years
  • 4+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of leading successful growth marketing initiatives and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other growth marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
