Job Overview:

As a Partner Marketing Lead at Nayya, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our partner marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong relationship Nayya’s largest carrier partner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and driving joint marketing initiatives to promote our products and services. Your expertise in partner marketing will be instrumental in achieving our business goals and expanding our presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partner Engagement: Identify, and develop a deep understanding of partner needs and work collaboratively to create mutually beneficial marketing programs.
  • Joint Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure co-marketing campaigns with partners. This includes developing marketing collateral, coordinating webinars, events, and content creation, and tracking campaign performance metrics.
  • Content Development: Create compelling marketing content, such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to support partner marketing initiatives and establish thought leadership in the industry.
  • Marketing Analytics: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the partner marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize the impact of marketing programs.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and partner landscapes to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in cloud-based software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinker - adept in identifying and acting on insights
  • Ability to translate technology terms into language that is understandable by a non-technical audience
  • Excellent people and influencing skills to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Experience supporting product managers and sales teams to achieve goals
  • Prior experience/knowledge in insurance or health benefits is a plus
  • Knowledge of SaaS marketing automation software

The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $140,000-$190,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
