Job Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager at Nayya, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects for our commercial partnership team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance our capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, designers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage project resources efficiently, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to achieve project milestones.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and transparent communication with project stakeholders, keeping them informed about project status, risks, and changes.
  • Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines and milestones, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand the client’s needs, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in project management, consulting, operations or related function
  • Proven experience managing projects in health tech or related industry
  • Highly analytical
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to hold cross functional stakeholders accountable
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Capability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $140,000-$170,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
