About the Role:

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will work cross functionally to design strategies that create demand for Nayya’s products through effective positioning and messaging of Nayya’s products. You will play a critical role in scaling the company through product marketing that drives customer adoption.

You will support Nayya’s success by generating insights that fuel marketing strategy, product positioning, sales enablement, and external communications. You will help ensure the coordinated success of product launches, assist in product training and customer marketing. You will coordinate across our product and go-to-market teams to bring new features to market, driving engagement and adoption. Your work will enable our customers to understand the differentiated value of Nayya’s products.

This is a new and growing team in a highly entrepreneurial environment, so we will also look to you to help design a sustainable marketing and GTM process that will support our goals.

Responsibilities:

Product Insights & Positioning

  • Design strategies to create demand for Nayya’s products through effective messaging and product positioning to our target customer profiles
  • Work in sync with Product Managers to build in-depth knowledge of the product that is disseminated to internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrate yourself across the business to uncover and deliver insights on product offerings such as feature/functionality, packaging, and pricing.
  • Create and implement plans to support product roadmaps, including feature and product launches, enhancements, migrations and end-of-life
  • Create consistent positioning statements, messaging and the associated proof points, which become the source material for external facing marketing materials, white papers and other internal enablement tools such as talking points and presentations.
  • Partner with Product to understand and quantify the impact of Nayya’s products on ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to positioning strategy and plan through all marketing communications, corporate communications, sales and support channels
  • Integrate yourself across the business to uncover and deliver insights on product offerings such as feature/functionality, packaging, and pricing.

Customer & Market Intelligence

  • Work in sync with Partner teams and marketing colleagues to drive effective sales enablement and co-marketing activities with our channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends, industry-specific problems, and competitors to create strategic positioning that differentiates Nayya
  • Be the expert on markets and buyer insights - their buying criteria, how they buy and where they go for information
  • Meet with customers and/or customer facing teams to understand their market problems and experience with Nayya and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinker - adept in identifying and acting on insights
  • Passionate about customer experience and buyer-centric approach
  • Excellent people and influencing skills to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Experience supporting product managers and sales teams to achieve goals
  • Ability to translate technology terms into language that is understandable by a non-technical audience
  • 5-7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in cloud-based software is a plus
  • Prior experience/knowledge in insurance or health benefits is a plus

The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $150,000- $180,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
