About Nayya

At Nayya, we believe there’s a better way to choose benefits. A more transparent, less confusing way for employees to control their health and financial potential. Powered by billions of data points and machine learning, our benefits experience platform delivers personalized decision support and guidance during open enrollment, new employee onboarding, qualifying life events, and in the moments that matter all year round. This is one of the most stressful and challenging situations consumers face – and we see that as an opportunity to build an innovative response that can help millions of Americans possess the control and understanding they deserve.

Nayya Product Marketing is a growing team in a highly entrepreneurial environment. We partner cross functionally to bring a wide breadth of cutting edge product capabilities to an even wider set of stakeholders in the expansive and nuanced market of employee benefits. It requires an ability to practice strategic sticktoitiveness but also tactical flexibility when needed, while ruthlessly prioritizing your time to support the rapid growth of Nayya.

Our team is focused on three things:

  • Driving revenue growth, adoption, and utilization of new & existing product capabilities
  • Aligning and enabling internal and partner teams to tell the right story about Nayya’s products to the right audience
  • Strengthening our market positioning and product roadmaps through market, customer, and user research

We are looking for an experienced product marketer to lead our employer activation and market intelligence programs. This role involves evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying market opportunities, segmenting customers, and understanding their pain points. The candidate will turn market trends into actionable insights, collaborate cross-functionally to generate demand for Nayya’s products, develop buyer enablement tools, support sales readiness, and assist with partner marketing efforts.

If you are passionate about positively impacting the future of employee benefits, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:

  • Be a subject matter expert with a pulse on the benefits market, monitoring news and trends. Develop deep knowledge of the competitive landscape from a business and product perspective and identify points of differentiation. Understand customer problems and how our solution solves them.
  • Define the employer activation strategy with product messaging, value propositions, use cases, and customer profiles to showcase the value of Nayya. Implement new or refined processes aimed at streamlining and scaling our go-to-market efforts.
  • Drive the core positioning for broker and employer audiences by crafting compelling marketing materials showcasing the differentiated value of our platform and capabilities.
  • Develop resources to support the full sales cycle including product demos, sales training, enterprise deal support, and competitive intelligence to the field and strategic partners.
  • Deliver key messages that enable our marketing team to execute high-quality digital campaigns and partner programs.

About you:

Somebody who is highly organized, detail-oriented, excels at stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership, can seamlessly shift between strategic and tactical elements, and is well-versed in the latest and greatest product marketing, market research, and go-to-market tools and tactics. The candidate is a collaborative problem solver and self-starter who has driven results in high growth companies.

  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in B2B product marketing or related go-to-market functions at a growth stage SaaS company is required
  • Experience in insurance or health or benefits is required
  • Experience in B2B2C is a plus
  • Experience supporting sales teams and channel or partner teams to achieve goals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Practiced at leveraging data, analytics, insights and metrics to propel positioning and messaging strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to craft crisp messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Respectful and direct team member, open to providing and receiving constructive feedback.

The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
