Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager at Nayya, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of key products across our portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams to identify market needs, define product requirements, and deliver impactful features. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep product expertise and a proven track record of driving product success in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the development and execution of the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals. Define the long-term vision and roadmap for key products.
- Customer Insights & MarketResearch: Conduct in-depth market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to uncover opportunities for innovation and product improvements.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Communicate roadmap changes and updates to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Act as the central point of contact for all product-related activities.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products. Use data to drive decisions and optimize product performance.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that products meet or exceed customer needs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior product manager role.
- Proven experience delivering complex products from ideation to launch.
- Strong technical background or understanding of software development processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $140,000- $170,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
