The opportunity for you:

As a Support & Carrier Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our shipments move efficiently while developing your commercial skills in the logistics industry. You will support the Carrier Sales Team by engaging directly with carriers, negotiating agreements, understanding shipper requirements, and ensuring the best carrier performance end to end. Your role will provide exposure to both the operational and sales aspects of logistics, giving you a strong foundation for a career in freight brokerage.

What you'll do in a typical week:

  • Build strong relationships with assigned Carriers to effectively resolve escalations to keep loads moving smoothly.
  • Support Carrier Sales Executives in aligning carrier expectations with service demands by participating in Carrier onboardings and Carrier performance meetings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of carrier networks, pricing trends, and capacity allocation.
  • Understand the tracking events, appointments, incidents and other relevant information inside the NuvoOS platform to address underlying issues with Carriers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, Carriers, and Shippers to facilitate seamless load execution and grow volume.
