We’re looking for a Founding Designer who will lead Oculo's brain health app product design and branding. They'll own the design, branding, and copywriting for the entire product and work closely with the engineering/product team in making sure we rapidly prototype and test features with users. The right person for this role is creative and ready to think exhaustively about user needs and intuitive solutions.
Degree in computer science, design, arts or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction / visual design disciplines.
Proficient in user experience and user interface design, using tools like Figma. Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype screens and flows.
Experience in product testing and metrics, including user feedback sessions, A/B testing, and analyzing usage metrics like DAU, MAU, and retention to drive iterative growth.
Skilled in illustration using tools like Canva and Figma. Bonus points for expertise in motion design and interaction design.
Lead product design for our mobile app, emphasizing a high-speed iterative cycle for developing and testing screens and flows.
Analyze product and feature metrics, run tests and experiments, and build a growth flywheel to influence the product roadmap.
Lead branding studies and handle messaging/copywriting for the app, marketing materials, etc.
Establish design systems and a cohesive design language for the company, enhancing the speed of prototyping and implementation.
Collaborate with iOS engineers and contractors to ensure 0 to 1 product development is in line with design expectations.
