The BDR is responsible for identifying interested leads into opportunities for the company. Is in charge of creating multiple strategies to achieve these goals, depending on the business needs, specifically for the North American market

Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Contact potential clients via outbound calling
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Develop a database of prospects and keep regular contact with them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years' of experience as a BDR
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Advanced English level
  • Can be located anywhere in LATAM
