We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Special Projects - Onboarding Strategist.

In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the strategic aspects of our onboarding processes, conceptualizing and developing new projects, and executing initiatives that enhance our employee onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, adept at project management, process automation, and resourceful in bringing new tools and ideas to optimize our onboarding procedures.


  • Strategic Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy that aligns with our company's goals and values. Continuously assess and refine the onboarding process to ensure it remains engaging, informative, and impactful.
  • Project Ideation and Development: Generate innovative ideas to enhance the onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design new projects, programs, and initiatives that contribute to a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Project Execution: Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of special onboarding projects. Coordinate project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful delivery while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating aspects of the onboarding process. Leverage technology and tools to create efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance the overall experience for new employees and the HR team.
  • Material Creation: Develop engaging and informative onboarding materials, including presentations, guides, videos, and other resources that effectively convey company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Tool Evaluation and Integration: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in onboarding tools and technologies. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and platforms that enhance the onboarding process and employee experience.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with various departments, including HR, IT, and management, to ensure alignment and consistency in onboarding efforts. Provide training to relevant stakeholders on new onboarding processes and tools.
  • Data Analysis and Improvement: Regularly gather and analyze feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the onboarding experience.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading and executing projects from ideation to completion.
  • Currently residing in LATAM or same Time Zone
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes, best practices, and trends.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with process automation and onboarding tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive improvements.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
