We're hiring an Internal Comms Specialist to join our growing team!⚡️

The Internal Comms Specialist is in charge of organizing and defining new strategies for a better communication process within Ontop and the different areas inside. The person in charge of this role will be the point of contact when different areas would like to communicate something in pro of sharing news and updates to the whole company or to an specific area. At the same time, the idea is to share and create better strategies to learn better practices for different tools, emails, & channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal communications output
• Prepare strategic communication plan
• Execute steps within a certain time frame
• Ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision
• Measure and present results of communication efforts
• Adjust communication plan as needed
• Suggest what information should be presented to Ontoppers
• Set timing of release to coordinate with company events or initiatives
• Ensure consistent framing of messages
• Ensure Ontoppers are engaged in company initiatives

New Rockstar needs to have

• Experience - 2 years
• Execute the communication plan
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Think strategically
• Confidence
• Planning
• Video edition
• WordPress
• Photoshop
• Teamwork
