Role Overview

We're on the hunt for someone who can craft user-centric experiences for mobile apps and web platforms. Collaborate with talented individuals from various departments to create exceptional user interactions that align with our business goals. Together, let's make finance more fun and delightful!

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute user experience strategies for our financial services products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts, interactions, and flows.
• Develop information architecture and site maps.
• Design and refine user interactions, micro-interactions, and interface animations.
• Collaborate with the visual design team to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing user interface design.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and pattern libraries.

What you MUST HAVE to #GetOntop

• Advanced communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience as a UX/UI Designer focusing on app and web interfaces.
• Solid experience using design tools such as Figma, AdobeXD, Maze or similar.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Epserience creating information architecture, site maps, and navigation structures.
• You MUST be a team player.
