We're hiring a Customer Support Analyst to join our growing team!
Would be responsible for ensuring that the clients that speak English and Spanish, receive the best attention and support.
New Rockstar needs to have:
An advanced English level.
An advanced Spanish level
Availability to work from 2pm to 11pm Colombia Time
- Saas understanding
- Start up experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Wish to develop a career in the customer support and account executive area
