Performance Expectations:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance and support on people-related matters, and building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the retention of top talent through effective people management practices.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to support Ontoppers' growth and development.
  • Identify training and development needs and provide resources for Ontoppers skill enhancement and career progression.
  • Foster a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company's virtues promoting a positive work environment.
  • Utilize people-related data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of people strategies, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.

Expertise Overview:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions
  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
