  • Solution Crafting: Tailor hiring solutions to meet the specific needs and challenges of clients in the EMEA region.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed revenue targets, driving growth and contributing to the company's success.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices to achieve collective sales goals.

Expertise Overview:

  • 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.
  • Complementary education: Sales and Negotiation Training, EMEA Market-specific Courses, Professional Certifications in Sales, if available.
  • Fluent communication in English at a professional level
