Performance Expectations:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NAM region, developing and implementing strategies for
  • generating leads.
  • Client Relationship Development: Nurture relationships with potential clients, engaging in ongoing communication to understand their needs and positioning the company's solutions effectively.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute strategic plans aimed at expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on the hiring industry within the NAM region, staying updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking prospects, and progressing them through the sales cycle.
  • Metrics Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports on key indicators to drive informed decision-making.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Provide guidance and leadership to junior BDRs, offering support and sharing best practices to enhance the team's performance.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Communication: Engage with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration, especially with marketing, product, and customer support to address client needs effectively.

Expertise Overview:

  • 3- 5 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.
