Performance Expectations:

  • Prospect and Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential small and medium-sized business clients across the EMEA region.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the value of our hiring solutions.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific hiring challenges and goals of clients.
  • Solution Customization: Tailor our hiring solutions to meet the unique requirement of each client, offering value-driven proposals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, analyze data, and use insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and share insights to contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adapt and stay ahead in the EMEA region.
  • Co-responsibility to ensure the security of the information to which he/she will have direct or indirect access, guaranteeing its confidentiality, integrity and privacy.

Expertise Overview:

2 - 3 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.

Complementary education: Sales and Negotiation Training, EMEA Market-specific Courses, Professional Certifications in Sales, if available.

Fluent communication in English at a professional level
