As a Junior Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes for employees. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Accurate Payroll Processing: Execute precise and timely payroll activities for employees, maintaining compliance with global regulations and company policies.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the strategy team to align payroll processes with overall organizational goals, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Compliance Management: Stay abreast of evolving employment laws and regulations, ensuring payroll practices adhere to legal requirements.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiencies in payroll procedures, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communication and Support: Act as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear and timely communication while offering support and assistance.
- Collaborate with Finance: Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile payroll- related accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budgetary alignment.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in payroll management, contributing to the ongoing improvement of the EOR service.
Daily tasks:
- Register and organize updates related to personnel for each type of payroll.
- Manage employee data in the system.
- Prepare payroll reports to assist in audit processes and support payment control.
- Conduct and ensure the affiliation processes with the respective Social Security entities.
- Assist in month-end closings and their respective processes.
- Prepare client billing statements.
- Support client inquiries and calculations requested by clients and potential clients.
- Process the recovery of disability payments.
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Accurate and meticulous in managing numerical data and payroll
- information to ensure precision and compliance.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact
- with employees, address inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in payroll processes,
- demonstrating analytical skills to troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced
- environment, prioritizing workload effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate evolving payroll regulations, tools, and processes.
