Job Summary:

  • The Key Account Manager oversees key client relationships within the global hiring industry. With a focus on strategic partnerships and growth, this role ensures our key clients realize value within our platform and achieves growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs, realize value, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention and growth.
  • Growth Planning: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge Transfer: Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to clients for optimal utilization.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Renewal Management: Oversee contract renewals and proactively work towards client contract extensions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Usage Analytics: Analyze client product usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform product development and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience in key account management or a similar role.

Knowledge:

  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the global hiring industry, including trends, challenges, and key players.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings, features, and how they address client needs.
  • Market Insights: Familiarity with market dynamics, competitor landscape, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
  • Legal and Compliance: Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to the hiring industry, ensuring ethical and compliant practices.
  • Client-Specific Knowledge: Tailored knowledge about the specific needs, goals, and challenges of the company's clients, enabling effective communication and solution provision.

Education:

  • Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Complementary education: Customer Success, Account Management, or related areas would be beneficial.

Skills:

  • Data Driven: Experienced in using data to generate valuable insights for stakeholders in order to drive growth conversations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proficient in building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and ensure satisfaction.
  • Negotiation Skills: Adept at negotiating contracts, resolving conflicts, and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with various teams internally to ensure client success and satisfaction.
