Onboarding Specialists are a vital customer success position in charge of executing and overseeing clients onboarding during their first 30-90 days on the Ontop platform, possibly the customer journey stage that has the most impact on product adoption, customer retention, loyalty, churn prevention, and overall business development.

What we expect from you:

• Become an expert user of the platform to train customers and provide credible guidance on features and functionalities.
• Comprehends customer objectives and effectively guides them through the onboarding process, ensuring timely progress towards achieving value.
• Oversee and manage the customer onboarding process to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.
• Possess the knowledge to advise on both product and industry best practices, functioning as a reliable consultant for our customers. Your expertise will also serve to spark innovative ideas and potential applications of our product.
• Find solutions to customer needs and collaborate with different teams to implement them.
• Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations and product demos.
• Lead qualification through collaboration with the sales team.

New Rockstar needs to:

• Have a minimum of +3 years of work experience including client-facing roles supporting B2B SaaS products.
• Posses prior experience in at least one of the following industries: fast growth startup, consulting or investment banking.
• Manage solid analytical skills with the capability to manipulate and synthesize data proficiently.
• Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a strong drive for growth and success.
• Find fulfillment in dynamic, fast-paced environments and remain undeterred by obstacles or changes in direction.
• Stay composed and collected when confronted with emergencies or feedback, and join in celebrating the achievements of collaborators alongside them.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
