Our team of 8 is dedicated to building innovative AI infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about AI and developer tools to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing: Design and implement email campaigns and touchpoints that enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Pick our email and CRM platform, work with engineering to implement it, and create the right triggers and messages.

• Pricing Strategy: Partner with finance to optimize pricing of new services. Determine the efficacy of loss-leader initiatives and ultimately improve user retention.

• Funnel Ownership: Own the on-boarding experience. Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement, advocating for necessary features with product and engineering teams.

• Content Creation: Develop and publish technical content, including blog posts and tutorials, to educate and engage our developer audience.

• Drive Feature Adoption: Develop and execute strategies to promote new product features, ensuring users are informed and engaged.

• Community Engagement: Participate in developer communities to share product updates, gather feedback, and foster relationships.

• Partnerships: Identify and manage opportunities such as sponsoring hackathons and competitions, leveraging our platform's credits to drive engagement.
  

About You:

• Technical Background: Experience in development or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of AI and developer tools.

• Marketing Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies targeting technical audiences.

• Analytical Thinker: Proficient in using analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

• Autonomous & Collaborative: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
