We are looking for a process-oriented RevOps Leader to own our GTM infrastructure.
This is an operational builder who thrives in ambiguity. You’ve built RevOps or GTM infrastructure from the ground up — not just dashboards, but full-stack workflows that scale. You think in processes, not point solutions. You know how to connect the dots across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance, and you’re just as comfortable digging into Salesforce config as you are aligning on strategy with execs.
You’ll own all things RevOps — from CRM hygiene and forecasting to commissions, funnel design, and reporting infrastructure. This is a player-coach role: you’ll drive strategy while executing tactically to remove GTM friction. You’ll partner cross-functionally with sales, sales development, marketing, customer success and support to improve funnel conversion, reporting clarity, and revenue predictability.
What we look for:
5 - 10 years of experience leading Revenue Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS startups
Experience with lead generation and working with outbound BDR orgs
Proven track record of owning sales tech stack, data pipelines, and reporting in top-performing sales organizations
Proficient with Salesforce, Clay, and Apollo
Strong financial modeling + SQL skills
What you'll do:
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline and optimize the entire customer journey, from lead generation to post-sale support.
Revenue Forecasting: Lead the forecasting process and help establish accurate revenue projections by working with sales leadership and providing data-driven insights.
Data & Reporting: Develop and manage KPIs and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing alignment, pipeline performance, and revenue growth.
CRM & Tools Management: Oversee the effective use of Salesforce to ensure data integrity, efficient workflow automation, and reporting capabilities.
Sales Enablement: Work with leadership create and implement sales playbooks, ensuring that the sales team has the resources and tools they need to succeed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and data flows.
Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, streamline operations, and improve team efficiency across the revenue cycle.
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives and be an advocate for technology and process improvements within the revenue teams.
