We're hiring a Sales Development Manager to drive pipeline for Paraform.
You'll manage our existing team of sales development representatives and be responsible for further building out the SDR team, and establishing the best practices of this motion. This is a hybrid inbound and outbound SDR team who is responsible for new logo opportunity creation through traditional outbound channels like phone, email, linkedin, etc.
What we look for:
1 - 3 years of experience as a top performing Sales Development Manager at a software company ideally
Top performer - track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, consistently beating quota
Strong analytical and reporting around sales performance
Growth minded, both personally as well as for the people working for you
What you'll do:
Manage pipeline generation across the SDR team
Create best practices for converting pipeline across all channels (inbound, outbound, events, etc)
Report on sales performance to upper management
Hire and grow the team
Foster a competitive, high performance environment
