Our team is led by Lucy Guo (co-founder of Scale AI) and recently raised $10m+ led by Multicoin Capital. We are based in-person in LA and Miami.
At Passes, we believe that the age of massive media conglomerates is over. Today’s creator economy allows anyone with an internet connection to share their talents with a niche audience and make a living doing so. But even in this decentralized media landscape, the platforms that creators use to share their content have the power to arbitrarily ban users and destroy their livelihoods.
Passes is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Product Designer. In this role, you will drive the design vision for our creator economy platform. Your designs will give creators the security and flexibility to make a living doing what they love.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Design user flows in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to help invent new products that help make creators more money. This can be anything from new tools for managers to higher converting landing pages.
- Design and create mobile and web interfaces.
- Partner with PMs and Engineers to solve product challenges as they may arise.
- Continue to work on and improve the company-wide design system.
- Conduct user testing and evaluate the effectiveness of the product design.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to ensure the product is competitive in the market.
- Create and maintain design guidelines and brand standards.
- Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements.
🔎 Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.
- Experience in social media marketing and influencer outreach.
- A passion for the creative community and a desire to help creators succeed.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in event planning and/or public speaking a plus.
