PayMongo is looking for 2 Interns to be part of its Business Center. This internship is targeted to start on January 13, 2025 and will run until March 31, 2025 (with potential for extension to meet academic requirements of the Intern)
As a Business Center Intern, you will be providing support to the Business Center Manager in ensuring the requirements of day-to-day operations are met. You will have the opportunity to learn office management, facilities and administration skills. You will also have the opportunity to provide support in various HR related initiatives such as but not limited to Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, etc.
You will:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain office monitoring sheets such as Daily Attendance, Parking Monitoring, and Visitor & Caller Monitoring.
- Monitor and track company assets deployed and received.
- Assist the Facilities and Admin Supervisor in the execution of office management services such as but not limited to managing the front desk, providing general support to visitors and employees, answering phone calls, managing schedules of room reservations and supporting visitors.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, provide applicable forms such as delivery, pull-out, and work permit forms as needed, etc.
- Work with the People Operations (POPS) team in conceptualizing, organizing and executing employee engagement and learning initiatives.
- Work with the People Operations team in the conceptualization, execution and management of internal communication plans and materials
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing various tasks related to achieving results as needed.

- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree and has internship units in your current curriculum

- You are keen to details and ensure accuracy of information are logged
- You are hardworking and willing to learn
- You are willing to report onsite, 5 days a week during your internship
- You are willing to render a minimum of 3 months of internship
