As an Intern to our IT Infrastructure Team, you will be supporting our team of Infrastructure Engineers and have an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in maintaining and enhancing our IT Infrastructure.
You will:
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
- Contribute to various IT Infrastructure projects such as but not limited to system upgrades, migrations and deployments.
- Assist in the development of automation scripts to streamline infrastructure tasks.
- Support in tools provisioning activities.
You may be a fit if:
- You have software development experience
- You are experienced in Shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Zsh, etc.)
- You are familiar with JSON and XML format
- You have experience in IDEs such as VS Code
- You have experience in software productivity solutions such as Google and Microsoft products
- You have basic understanding of SSN (servers, storages and networking), Windows/Linux/Mac OS and software development life cycle.
- You have basic troubleshooting skills
- You are detail and customer service oriented.
- You have solid technical writing skills.
- You are passionate about learning from a mentor.
