Role Description

As the Revenue Operations Team Lead - Business Excellence, you will lead a team of 3 talents with the responsibility to measure, plan, and steer Revenue team performances to achieve company goals. You will guide a team of 3 talents responsible for:

  • designing Welcome to the Jungle commercial strategy and setting Revenue team targets

  • developing a comprehensive revenue reporting system with performance rituals and compensation frameworks

  • designing pricing strategies

  • driving the go-to-market efforts for revenue-impacting initiatives

The role is focused on the French market. The French Revenue team in Welcome to the Jungle includes our prospect and customer-facing teams including SDR, AE, Onboarding, AM, CSM, Anti-churn, Customer Care, and KAM teams, for a total of more than 100 talents.

You will be reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations. The Revenue Operations team is composed of four teams: the Customer Experience team, the Enablement team, the Process & Tools team and the Strategy and Go-to-market team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Business Excellence team

  • Design and operate Welcome to the Jungle commercial strategy

  • Set Revenue team targets and coordinate OKR exercise

  • Develop a comprehensive revenue reporting system with performance rituals and compensation frameworks

  • Design and implement pricing strategies and packaging solutions

  • Drive the go-to-market efforts for revenue-impacting initiatives


Profil recherché

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field

  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy development and execution

  • Strong experience in performance management and reporting systems

  • Ability to effectively balance strategic vision with hands-on execution

  • Fluent in English and French
