We are looking for a highly skilled Robotics Program Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our complex projects and customer integrations.

Job Summary: The Robotics Program Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and successful integrations of our autonomy software into various off-highway vehicles. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and navigate the complexities of our integrations, which typically span from 3 to 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple robotics projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, setting expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and sales, to align on project goals and milestones.
  • Utilize project management tools like Asana to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure accountability across all projects.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and roadblocks.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance, ensuring that customer requests are feasible and align with our product capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in robotics, automation, or a related industry.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
