About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Email/Ad/Website Designer that will be responsible for helping our digital marketing agency create emails, Meta/TikTok ads, and landing pages for some of the world’s top e-commerce brands. You’ll need to have exceptional experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and you'll be required to create motion ads as well. You’ll support an internal design team to produce high-quality and high-fidelity deliverables including designs, wireframes, and prototypes, and you’ll be responsible for presenting designs to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design emails (for Klaviyo), Meta/TikTok ads, landing pages, and motion ads/graphics
  • Manage the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines for your website and landing page design projects
  • Leverage user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
  • Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and product functionality
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and clients to create exceptional designs that drive performance
  • Present designs to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the design process
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in design for e-commerce/DTC brands
  • Top-tier expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as software/apps for motion graphics
  • Professional English communication skills (speaking, reading, and written), with the ability to present and defend design decisions
  • Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
  • Outstanding project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
  • Ability to work in US Eastern time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Previous experience working the graveyard shift
