Job Summary
Portside is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our LeaseWorks team. This role involves selling our market leading aviation leasing software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aviation leasing industry and a proven track record in software sales.

Location
Remote within western Europe (Ireland preferred) or the east coast of the US.

Role Overview

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with lessor and airline clients, focusing on sourcing leads, understanding customer needs, and driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success and Product Management teams to enhance client satisfaction and influence product development based on market trends and feedback.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders through detailed reports on sales activities and market trends using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas; respond swiftly to customer inquiries and engage in creative follow-up to boost product interest.
  • Manage negotiations, prepare detailed quotes, and conduct high-impact presentations.
  • Participate in industry conferences, promote customer advocacy, and drive strategic initiatives to boost market presence and customer engagement.
  • Help drive marketing activities that generate sales leads, including attending industry conferences and LeaseWorks events throughout the year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • At least five years in sales and business development, preferably in aviation finance or B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a solid background in project management and customer relationship building.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.

Travel
This role may require up to 30% travel.
