Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative Video Editing Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain hands-on experience in video editing for YouTube and various social media platforms. As a Video Editing Intern, you will work closely with our content marketing team to create engaging and visually compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into a polished product suitable for YouTube and various social media platforms.
• Incorporate music, voice over, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall viewing experience.
• Apply color correction, visual effects, and other post-production techniques.
• Ensure video content aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing.
• Assist in brainstorming and ideation sessions for upcoming video projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Understanding of video production techniques, including shooting and lighting.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Understanding of YouTube and various social media platforms' video requirements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field/freshly graduated.
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work (if available).
• Passion for storytelling through visual media.
