WHO ARE WE

PropReturns is a Y Combinator backed PropTech startup (S21) disrupting the commercial real estate industry in India. We are on a mission to make real estate transactions as simple and transparent as buying stocks. Today, PropReturns is one of the largest commercial real estate transaction platforms in India. In under 2.5 years of operations, we have transacted over 5.15 Lakh sq ft and 500 Crs of commercial real estate. Our platform has over 7000+ properties across Mumbai and we work with over 6000+ tenants.

In 2021, we raised a seed round of 1.2 Million dollars from the top VCs in the world. We have also raised capital from India's top entrepreneurs like Kunal Shah (Founder, CRED), Varun Alagh (Co-Founder, Mama Earth), Nitin Jain, Gokul Rajaram, Karan Virwani (CEO, WeWork India) and many more.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team at PropReturns. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder to build both their personal brand and the company’s brand across various social media platforms.

As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for shooting and editing engaging content (posts, reels, videos) and ensuring it is effectively shared across all relevant channels. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, storytelling, and brand-building while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, shoot, and edit high-quality content for posts, reels, and stories.
• Manage social media channels, ensuring timely and engaging updates.
• Collaborate with the founder to plan and execute a content strategy for personal and company branding.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends to create fresh and engaging content.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement.
• Travel occasionally with the founder for on-location shoots and content creation.
