What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing to drive revenue growth at the Proven Group. As the Sr. Manager of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies across Proven Skincare and Noteworthy Scents to acquire, engage, and retain new and current customers. You will be a key leader within the organization and will lead our performance marketing and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Creative, Product) to achieve ambitious business goals for both brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid social, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer and other direct response channels.
- Oversee day-to-day account management of performance marketing channels to ensure new customers and CPA targets are being met.
- Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize our return on investment (ROI) while meeting acquisition and revenue targets.
- Improve user experience and conversion through message and landing page testing. Work closely with Brand and Product teams to improve channel performance and conversion rate.
- Be a key leader in our acquisition and retention efforts with a heavy focus on improving LTV and subscription length.
- Expand our current marketing mix based on seasonality and CPA targets.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for a consumer brand
- Demonstrated success in managing performance teams and agencies
- Extensive knowledge in digital marketing channels, performance tracking, and attribution models
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Action and results oriented
