About the Position
Raise is seeking a Sales Development Representative to bolster our sales funnel, supporting our Revenue team. Your role is to identify and engage the right individuals at the right companies, creating valuable opportunities for our sales team. Thriving in dynamic environments and tackling the challenges that come with growth is your forte. You possess expertise in outbound technology sales prospecting and are dedicated to refining the prospecting and lead generation processes.
- Qualify and nurture both inbound and outbound sales leads, delivering high-quality, qualified prospects to our revenue team.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing to design ongoing sales campaigns and systematically enhance lead qualification procedures.
- Maintain a consistent level of outbound prospecting activities.
- Execute email campaigns to generate new prospects.
- Analyze industry trends and segments to identify new sources of qualified leads.
- Leverage CRM systems to track activities and manage opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual qualified opportunity goals.
- Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge of products, solutions, and business value propositions.
- In your first 30 days, you'll familiarize yourself with Raise and become proficient in our product, laying the foundation for understanding Raise's revenue strategy.
- After 60 days, you'll manage inbound leads and create engagement campaigns.At the 90-day mark, you'll be actively generating a qualified pipeline for the team, consistently meeting or surpassing your targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development.
- Proven ability to collaborate and foster positive business relationships.
- Track record of meeting deadlines, effectively managing time, and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficiency in data gathering and utilization for persuasion.
- Demonstrated capacity to devise strategies that meet set targets.
- Familiarity with CRM-related tools and lead qualification applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
