About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Commissions to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for leading the compensation plan design, administration, and analysis for our Sales organization. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Finance, People, and Operations Leadership teams to drive our compensation strategy, deployment, and administration for our high growth Sales Organization.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Commissions to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for leading the compensation plan design, administration, and analysis for our Sales organization. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Finance, People, and Operations Leadership teams to drive our compensation strategy, deployment, and administration for our high growth Sales Organization.
What You’ll Do
- Orchestrate incentive compensation strategy across Sales, Channels, Account Management, and Customer Success roles
- Provide insights and analysis needed to ensure incentive compensation strategies will drive desired outcomes
- Drive consistency and simplicity in sales incentive compensations strategy
- Define and establish process and documentation on rules of engagement, quota attainment, revenue attribution and seller roles/responsibilities in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Develop, maintain and update commissions systems and processes critical to the administration and reporting of compensation and sales team metrics
- Ensures timely and accurate sales incentive administration, pay distribution, & budgeting/forecasting on a monthly & quarterly basis
- Minimum 7 years of related experience focused on compensation, operations, or financial analysis; with at least 2 years managing the end-to-end sales compensation process
- Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model; an ideal candidate has also operated in a Consumption based business
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ICM/SPM tools (Callidus, CaptiveIQ, Xactly, etc.) preferred
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience with the administration of high performance sales team compensation plans
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts into simple, actionable recommendations
- The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $187,000-$220,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
