About The Role
We’re looking for an IT Support Operations, Inventory Control to join our IT Team at Ramp based in NYC! This role will own all IT aspects in our Asset Management and Hardware Lifecycle in NYC HQ, including onboarding/offboarding, and managing our inventory. Ensuring our users have the tools they need for their work is a core responsibility of our IT team and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a smooth operation and in all the work to make it happen!

About The Role
We’re looking for an IT Support Operations, Inventory Control to join our IT Team at Ramp based in NYC! This role will own all IT aspects in our Asset Management and Hardware Lifecycle in NYC HQ, including onboarding/offboarding, and managing our inventory. Ensuring our users have the tools they need for their work is a core responsibility of our IT team and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a smooth operation and in all the work to make it happen!
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-person logistics support at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) 5 days/week
- Manage inventory in the NYC HQ office, own all aspects of IT asset management
- Triage inventory support requests from tickets, email, and Slack, proactively seek ways to minimize and improve our SLAs
- Process returned equipment e.g. Refurbish/E-waste/HW Repairs/Buy Back programs
- Perform audits on licenses and hardware
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Logistics
- Strong attention to detail and execution oriented
- Understanding of User Lifecycle Management, managing user/role access
- Experience in high growth startups
- Knowledge in our core tech stack including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Kandji, and various modern SaaS tools
- Experience managing macOS/Windows in hybrid/remote environments
- The hourly rate for this contract is $41 USD
