About The Role

Ramp is looking for a passionate Customer Marketing Manager to help fuel marketing and supercharge sales with inspiring and relevant customer evidence and success stories.

You will work with a cross-functional team of marketers, creatives, sales, PR, events, legal, and agency partners to bring compelling customer stories to life. A crucial role in our growing marketing team, Customer Marketing is responsible for building strong relationships and partnerships with our customers, maintaining our database of customer evidence, customer reference services, the creation of customer stories and case studies, asset publication, promotion and governance.

You’ll serve as a subject matter expert, working in lock-step with marketing and sales to support marketing narratives, arm sales with the most effective customer evidence, build our customer advocacy program, and bring new ideas and campaigns to life to help us scale our Customer Marketing practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively source and develop a pipeline of customer advocates and evidence to support marketing campaigns and sales references.
  • Drive and scale our existing sourcing, including G2, Customer Surveys, and coordination with Sales.
  • Maintain our library of customer stories, logos, and permissions, working cross-functionally with sales and legal to ensure proper governance of customer approvals.
  • Work closely with sales to understand key targets and align customer marketing efforts to those goals.
  • Regularly assess the performance of customer marketing initiatives to derive actionable insights for improving performance and engagement.
  • Explore creative ways to bring customer stories and experiences to life across owned marketing channels.

What You Need

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience (customer, partner, product, content marketing), including customer or client-facing experience
  • Can-do, positive, and inspiring attitude with a passion for building relationships and telling compelling stories
  • Excellent writing skills and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution in all activities
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, ability to drive clarity and decisions, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
  • Ability to travel 3-4 times per year to meet customers on-site
