As part of our Regional People team, you will have complete oversight and accountability for giving support to different áreas in the vertical. You will support all operational and tactical activities to provide a consistent and great experience to our employees, also will need to support organizational design, talent attraction, development, compensation & rewards, employee engagement, retention and all HR processes regarding the employee lifecycle.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Accountable for development a variety of HR matters; monitoring personnel and payroll budget, guiding leadership framework decisions, promotion, replacement and work on organization design and people development to support Rappi business' growth.

  • Act as point of contact for employees to get guidance or support, related to people practices, policies, and systems.

  • Connect regularly with the leadership to provide timely updates, discuss key people priorities, and collaborate to align people strategy with business needs.

  • Follow up in Talent Attraction needs to support the growth of the business.

  • Deployment of talent review processes; trainings and key projects to support development, employee engagement and retention.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR as an HRBP.

  • Strong generalist HR experience at advisor level, proposing and implementing bold changes in the organization, preferably in technology organizations.

  • Strong ability to develop plans and turning them into action – engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process, deliverables, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels.

  • Culturally aware, understands different perspectives of working with a diverse workforce that recognizes and respects diversity.

  • Flexible mindset that embrace change in an organization with multiple opportunities that is always evolving.

  • You want to change the world and also want to develop their skills in a StartUp environment.

  • Graduated in Organizational Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Administration, or related.

  • A curious and analytical mentality.

  • Experience with commercial teams is a plus.

  • Intermediate English.

  • Excel.
