As a Global Operations Sr. Analyst, you will have complete oversight and accountability for the +$30M USD per month that are paid to the couriers across the 9 countries Rappi operates in. You will be responsible for three things:
Understand RTs expectations in terms of what they want to earn and translate that into a solid earnings model. So that we always pay them fairly.
Identify through data-analysis the types of orders RTs don’t like to accept and execute solutions to fix those orders.
Align with senior stakeholders on sources of funding for all the solutions you want to execute.
Courier payment is crucial for letting the company grow and also to have healthy financial results so you will be working on one of the most important areas of the organization.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Data analysis to find orders that RT’s don’t like or we are being unfair.

• Coordinate with local operations to get information of RT’s earnings expectations.

• Build models/frameworks that help drive earnings’ investment decisions

• Weekly track the RT’s earnings budget.

• Align with key stakeholders on more sources of funding for your initiatives

• Education level: bachelor's degree in Economics or industrial engineering

• Experience: 2.5+ years of operations management experience; 1.5+ of those years in investment banking / consulting / business intelligence / strategy or related experience

• Data-driven mindset, hands-on attitude, and proven background as problem-solver.

• Strong leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans

• Project management experience engaging multidisciplinary teams

• English and Spanish required

• SQL required

• Proficiency with Gsheets/Excel
