• Alinear procesos globales de auditoría e inventarios.
• Diligenciar para Global y tiendas locales, diferencias de inventarios, averías, todo lo que concierne a la operación.
• Auditar inventario de la tienda con el fin de que el stock físico sea igual al del sistema.
