Supervisar y garantizar la correcta operación del hub, buena atención y solución a los casos de Rappitenderos.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• la operación de la ciudad (revisión de clima, cancelaciones, fraudes, soporte).
• Garantizar atención efectiva a los RTs.
• Efectuar informes y cumplir con indicadores.
• Apoyo en tareas administrativas.
• Encargado de devoluciones, manejo de proveGarantizaredores y relación con comerciales.
• Manejo de personal.
• Administración y reporte de novedades del hub de atención.

• Tecnico/Tecnologo con experiencia administrativa y servicio al cliente.
• Horario domingo a domingo con 1 de descanso.
• Experiencia liderando equipos minina de un año medio.
• Conocimiento nivel medio en office.
