Funciones:

• Recepción y resolución de consultas
• Recepción, resolución o derivación de reclamos,
• Seguimiento de reclamos
• Identificación de problemas en la app para derivar a equipos responsables.
• Comunicación con rts, seguimiento de casos.

Requisitos:

• Persona proactiva, dinámica, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
• Experiencia en atención al cliente mínimo 1 año
• Manejo de paquete office medio
