As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• ​Be responsible for building and optimizing restaurant onboarding capabilities at Rappi.

• Provide the best possible experience to our restaurants, making Rappi the delivery app-of-choice to partner with

• Manage an Ops team

• Manage relationships with global providers

• Ensure OKRs and SLAs are consistently achieved

• Proactively identify and propose solutions to operational issues

• Create analyses to generate actionable insights

• Drive the transformation of insights into real-life solutions

• Work in partnership with our Commercial, Product and Data teams to solve problems.

• 4 years of experience leading high-performance teams.

• Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a highly dynamic and ever-changing environment.

• Experience in team management.

• Analytical and critical thinking.

• Strong project management experience.

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and in a structured manner.

• Advanced Excel skills.
