We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive City manager!
You’ll need to be a quick thinker, have a strategic and creative mind and the necessary leadership skills to build a strong team. You will be responsible for executing the company's objectives and strategies, as well to ensure the fulfillment of your team's KPIs. The role also requires establishing strong relationships with high-value partners and ensuring that the team maximizes the potential and profitability of the business partners.

We aim to create the best experience for our partners by identifying opportunities across Latin America and collaboratively developing and implementing improvement plans with cross-functional teams such as commercial, product, and operations.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and motivate one of the Restaurant’s Experience vertical cell team, ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives and goals.

  • Work with different teams designing and implementing new processes across the region.

  • Support data analysis of strategic initiatives and special projects related to the existing business, new products and expansion markets.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Monitor metrics, KPIs, and customer satisfaction, generating action plans to improve results.

  • Collaborate with other leaders and departments to ensure consistency in strategy and processes.

  • Generate and present reports on team performance, including goal tracking and identifying improvement opportunities.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field

  • Passion for a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, helping the company's growth.

  • Data-driven mentality and analytic skills with strong attention to detail as well as a hands-on mentality

  • Strong ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail

  • Process driven and strong abilities to build processes from scratch.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or account management, with a focus on high-value clients.

  • Experience in the delivery and/or technology industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Results-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
