The Head of R4All in Colombia is the person who is responsible for the commercial relationship with the non-traditional advertisers (Non CPGs companies) in the country.The Head of R4All works directly with vertical leads and KAMs to develop all the Rappi Ecosystem solutions for our clients.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities
The Head of RAll must ensure the weekly and monthly goals of the category are met in terms of revenue booked, revenue executed and revenue billed.
This person is responsible for leading a team of KAMs who look after 360º Rappi solutions for our clients and develop long lasting relationships with our stakeholders, driving excellence in Planning, Implementation, Reporting and Analysis.
Responsible for the hunting and onboarding of the Non-traditional-advertiser. It means to manage the conversion funnel and pipeline category to increase active makers penetrations and up-selling.
To create the go-to-market strategy by establishing main priorities and growth drives for the category,
To discover and capitalize “white spaces” in terms of product, tech and operation in order to enable new ways to get incremental revenue from the advertisers.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
4-6 years of experience in commercial positions. Experience in CPGs or Non-traditional advertisers.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Commercial experience with hunting proven skills.
Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business acumen through analytical thinking to assess process performance.
Excel management.
An owner's mentality to build out local sales culture, fostering an environment of inclusion and collaboration.
An entrepreneurial approach to identify gaps and proactively implement new processes to bridge gaps.
High energy and motivational leadership driven by personal influence and example with direct staff, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions.
100% English proficiency and Experience leading and developing a team, ideally in a fast-growth environment are a plus.
