As Director of Product for the Fraud Division, you will be responsible for the development of Rappi’s fraud prevention capabilities, including (but not limited to) reduction of credit card chargebacks, operative fraud, collusion, etc. Our fraud systems are operational in all 9 markets, ever-evolving and must always be optimized in the context of the overall customer experience.

Alongside your Engineering Manager and Design teammates, you will be responsible for defining the 6-12+ month vision and strategy for your Division and translating it into a clearly defined and executable product roadmap across all of your squads.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

• ​Lead the definition of the 6-12 month product strategy and make sure your teams believe in it.

• Set ambitious goals with rigorous KPIs on a 6-12 month timeframe.

• Deliver on goals and strategy, spanning multiple Squads and cross-functional domains.

• Ensure your teams follow a proper product discovery, execution and go-to-market process for all their product work.

• Work with third-party vendors to test and implement new fraud prevention technologies that allow Rappi to be a reference in the industry

• Hire and develop top talent and act as a mentor throughout the entire product organization.

• Communicate proactively and effectively with established partners, stakeholders, peer groups and executive leadership.

• Contribute to company-wide strategic goal-setting and execution.

• Develop a world class fraud platform that improve the experience of all audiences and reduce the loss

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

• 3+ years of experience developing fraud prevention capabilities in e-commerce.
• 6-10+ years experience in Product Management, preferably with prior experience in Director-level Product positions.
• Fluent in English (required), Spanish (required) and Portuguese (advantage).
• Position can be fully remote but preference will be given to candidates in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina or Brazil where we have our main offices. Globally located is possible under the right circumstances.
• Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering or other related field.
• Strong stakeholder management skills (VP-level interactions)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking and people management with hands-on execution required to build a team in a fast scaling environment
