REGENT is building the seaglider; the first electric flying machine that will transport commercial passengers. With a vehicle that never flies higher than a few meters off the water, we unlock the ability to fly twice as far as an electric aircraft, and certification by maritime authorities which will let us fly first passengers by mid-decade.

Roles & Responsiblities:
- The Facility Operations Associate is responsible for the physical upkeep and maintenance of our facilities
- Handle deliveries, including receiving, sorting, and distributing packages
- Break down and remove all cardboard boxes
- Assembly of facility and office furniture
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to hanging shelves + painting, and coordinating repairs as needed
- Set up/break down and clean up meeting spaces and communal areas for staff gatherings
- Assisting with office moves or rearrangements, involving heavy lifting and physical exertion
- Forklift use may be required (Training will be provided)
- Performing regular inventory checks of facility items and maintaining the organization of storage areas
- Collaborating with the facilities team to ensure a safe and functional work environment
- Will need to enroll in OSHA certification class (Company provided)
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- GED or High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience in general maintenance
- This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess basic maintenance skills
- Fluency in English with ability to speak, read, and write effectively to perform the role safely and effectively
- This position requires the successful candidate to have a valid driver's license and will have to provide proof that s/he has a valid driver's license when offered employment
- This position is required to be on-site 5 days per week at our North Kingstown (Quonset) headquarters
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Trade School diploma
- Experience or certifications in Electrical
- Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, and/or OSHA training
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
